What is the Exchange policy?

If you find that you want to exchange your product for a different size please kindly send an email to shopalinaserrano@gmail.com with the details of your order (order number, product name and size) and the new product size that you wish to change it to. Exchange shipping costs are not included and this will have to be paid by customer. 

PLEASE NOTE: If the new product desired is not currently in stock on the website, it will take 1-2 weeks to source, manufacture and complete a new order. 

All items must be sent back in their original condition, unworn and unwashed (no makeup stains, perfume). If there are any damages to the product, you will contacted directly. These items will be returned back to the customers original address and the customer will be charged for the shipping fee back. 

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original delivered date. Please place items in original packaging and add a note with full name, order number and address inside. 

Sale items and Limited Edition items are not accepted for exchanges.


What is the Return policy?

Alina Serrano is a very small slow fashion brand, therefore only exchanges are possible.
